Registration April 1 to April 31 $550 (PMAH members) $750 (Non-members)

Late Registration May 1 to May 26 $600 (PMAH members) $800 (Non-members)

Allied health professional registration fees

Early Bird Registration March 1 to March 31 $450 (PMAH member) $650 (Non-member)

Regular Registration April 1 to April 30 $500 (PMAH member) $700 (Non-member)

Late Registration May 1 to May 26 $550 (PMAH member) $750 (Non-member)

Residents - $130 per day

Medical and Allied health students and Undergraduates — free to attend.

(Fees are subject to Hawaii GE tax and registration site fees)

Licensed providers registration fee includes CME lectures & educational material, with the potential to earn up to 10 Category 1 CME credits for lectures attended, lunch on Saturday and Sunday, breakfast on Sunday and a guaranteed seat at PMAH’s Signature Saturday Night Gala & Dinner.
